Daytime: min. 4 hour visits @ $40/hour
Overnight: min. 8 hours visits @ $40/hour
Postpartum support is tailored to your personal needs and may include:

Breastfeeding/ Bottle feeding Support

Newborn Overnight Care And Care Assistance (Bathing, Changing, etc.)

Sibling Support (if applicable)

Light Household Work (Light meal prep, Laundry Folding, etc.)

Overnight care so parents can get much needed sleep

Refer/Recommend community resources tailored to your personal needs.

Grocery pick up
​$1,400 + GST, made in two installments with payment plans available. Our Birth doula support includes:

2 Prenatal Visits

24/7 on-call support

UNLIMITED phone/email support & the combined wisdom of your two favorite doulas

Access to our lending library
-
Emotional, physical, and informational support for birthing person (and your partner)

Continued labor support from the time your doula joins you until birth

Support with the first feed

Complimentary photos of your birth (if desired)

2 Postpartum follow up visits (1-2 hours)
Sibling
& Pet Support
On-call availability & support provided day-of the birth.

Home visit to meet your family, tour your home & learn about the regular routines.
Sibling and pet support is tailored to your personal needs and may include:

Childcare for older siblings in alignment with their routines and home environment

Meal preparation

School and/or daycare pick-up
-
Pet care in-home including walking, play and feeding.
Older siblings and pets with advanced care needs i.e. requiring medication(s) are outside my specialty.

Up to 10 hour of support the day of your birth + $40/hour for any additional hours.
